Our safety and training advisors begin by gaining an understanding of the existing systems and issues faced in your workplace by talking with your people, reviewing your current systems against best practice and conducting a needs analysis. We then use this information to create a management system to suit your needs.
Our multimedia and design team then develops the training packages and documents to support the management system. We use a range of tools including 3D animations, interactive elements as well as voice-overs and music to create training that engages the learner and helps them to retain the information being presented.
Our communication advisor can develop a tailored plan to rollout the new system into your organisation and ensure the maximum uptake of it by your people.
