Balon can provide a full documentation system for your operation. This solution centres around a manual, based on risk, that combines all information required to complete a task into one location. Information becomes easier to find and document control is streamlined.
Our multimedia and design team then develops the training packages and documents to support the management system. We use a range of tools including 3D animations, interactive elements as well as voice-overs and music to create training that engages the learner and helps them to retain the information being presented.
