Marcus Balon - Director
Marcus is a training and safety systems specialist who has worked for a number of clients within the mining and manufacturing sectors. He has built up an ongoing working relationship with a number of mine sites, helping to develop numerous safety, training and induction initiatives. Marcus specialises in facilitating projects to develop system ownership and is placed in a unique position to add value to this project through his experience working with all levels within organisations.
Michael Taylor - Director
Michael’s background as an engineering manager has given him extensive experience in project management of systems and capital projects. He also has broad presentation and training design experience, working in desktop publishing roles in Australia and London. This unique mix of project management and graphic design capability puts him in a unique position to manage training and documentation projects in industrial and mining applications.
Brett Harbottle - Senior Consultant
Brett is an experienced production and quality assurance manager focused on optimising operational safety, efficiency, quality and productivity. His role managing a continuous improvement and innovation program within one of Australia’s largest companies gives him the background to improve our clients' processes. Brett's project management experience in the installation and commissioning of new production facilities, together with his safety management skills and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, make him a highly valued member of our team.
Michelle Taylor - Senior Communications Advisor
Michelle Taylor has extensive corporate communication experience in the resources industry and specialises in employee communication. She has worked with all levels of management and site personnel to develop effective two way communication initiatives including program launches, executive communication, presentations, surveys, intranets and a range of employee publications.
Meng Chua - Multimedia Designer
Meng has a double degree in Multimedia and Information Technology, specialising in 3D and flash animation. He has a personal interest in creating training that is tailored and meaningful to the target audience.
LINDSAY DULLEA - Multimedia Designer
Lindsay has a Diploma in Multimedia and Design. He has design agency and e-learning experience with a range of multimedia packages and specialises in Flash production.
Danielle Howard - Office Manager
Danielle is responsible for the financial and administrative aspects of Balon’s business including project tracking and reporting. She is a registered teacher specialising in adult education.
